MZA provides construction management services on new projects as well as projects involving renovation or site restoration. MZA has provided construction management services on a variety of projects ranging from several hundred dollars to over ten million dollars. These range from fast-track projects on high-rise office buildings in major urban areas to environmental remediation and fire/flood restoration projects.

MZA provides comprehensive project planning services, including feasibility studies, scheduling, and cost estimating services.
MZA serves on the Guidelines for Total Building Commissioning jointly sponsored by NIBS, the National Institute of Building Sciences and ASHRAE, the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers.
MZA provides consulting and construction management services to clients affected by moisture intrusion caused by storm damage. MZA's team of certified environmental professionals specialize in damage assessment and proper remediation techniques. MZA's construction management services include overseeing the renovation/restoration work to insure compliance with local health and safety regulations and building codes.

Construction projects and site redevelopment projects can involve a number of environmental issues. Combining our expertise in engineering, industrial hygiene, architecture, and building science, MZA conducts all levels of Environmental Site Assessments (Phases 1, 2, and 3). MZA develops and administers site-specific Health & Safety plans.
There are a number of OSHA compliance issues that arise with the commissioning of a new manufacturing facility. MZA sets up all of the necessary OSHA compliance programs and provides the required initial training.
